All new NIHB clients must fill out their intake form at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time so you can qualify for NIHB by submitting your treaty number. Not doing so will cause your benefits to not be applied to your appointment invoice. This intake form can be accessed through the “Fill Intake Form” button on the screen once your appointment is scheduled and is also delivered in your confirmation email.

Sessions are covered by most insurance providers and by the NIHB program for registered First Nations and recognized Inuit peoples.
For private insurance, it is the client’s responsibility to know the limitations of your personal insurance coverage for reimbursement purposes. My registration number to check for eligibility is CPCA - Canadian Professional Counsellors Association registration #4240
